成都先进功率半导体股份有限公司（简称APS），是乐山无线电股份有限公司控股之子公司。公司成立于2009年10月，占地166亩（27英亩），一期项目总投资6亿元人民币，拥有目前业界最先进之分立器件封测设备及工艺，并于2010年12月正式量产。
Chengdu Advanced Power Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (i.e., APS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leshan Radio Co., Ltd. The company was founded in October 2009, with a total land area of 166 Chinese acres(27 British acres), and an initial capital investment of 600 million RMB. It owns the most advanced SMD discrete assembly/test equipment and processes, and started volume production in December 2010.

APS obtained the ISO9001、ISO14001、QC080000、OHSAS18000、TS16949 System Certification successively. Our main customers includes: Samsung, Huawei, Foxconn, Jabil, OSRAM etc. famous enterprises and the products are well-sold in domestic and abroad. APS was recognized as “Sichuan Province’s Hi-Tech Enterprise” , “Sichuan Constructive & Innovative Enterprise”, “Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone’s Superior IP Enterprise” and was awarded as “ The Top 100 Enterprises in Chengdu in 2013”, “ The Top 100 Manufacturers in Chengdu ” and other honorary titles.
